Very open culture. Great opportunities to learn about Cisco/networking products if you are willing. You can do many certifications on Cisco's cost.
Bad if you work for an uninspiring and slow manager. The work becomes mundane soon. Frequent layoffs are an overall mood dampener. But if you are untouched a few times, it loses its shock value forever.
