Managers are easy to deal with. Good work culture. Work-life balance is good for mid-level engineers.
Work-wise, if you are interested in platform-dependent domains or embedded systems, then only go for it.

Software Engineer
Interviews at Cisco are quite random. Even though my first round went pretty well, I didn't get called for the next round. The interview process is about 4 rounds long, with the last being HR and two technical and one managerial round.

Initial round of written test (aptitude and technical). 3 technical rounds. 1 HR round. This was a college hiring process. Preparation included Data Structures, Networking, Algorithms, Programming Languages, OS, and Linux.
