Pros

Okay, work-life balance.

Transparency.

Some great managers.

Agile. Not perfect, but they acknowledge the issues and try to come up with an action plan. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Closely knit BU, except for some teams.

Good position in the market for now.

Great leadership for the most part.

Cons

Uncertainty about the future. Lackluster communication from leadership. Some teams have legacy baggage. Some managers are not so great. Lack of fresh talent. Some entrenched people have a good attitude but not-so-good skills. Layoffs. Lack of R&D work in some teams. Work can really dry up at certain times and gets boring.

Advice to Management

Please let the teams know about the strategies for the future to keep them onboard.

We need to venture into new domains to keep up with the market, even completely different areas, not just those related to the CC market.
