Exposure to multiple dimensions of Networks. Chance to work and interact with the best in the industry. Definitely a haven for those intrigued by Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and Distributed Systems (the company owns more than 85% of the network deployed in the World).

Doesn't provide a competitive salary in the subcontinent region. Moreover, the rate of progress is not very competitive for someone who just works hard and doesn't ask for returns. Overall, you have to make them know about your hard work all the time.

Please take care of the guys who work day and night relentlessly. Other than that, everything is pretty good with Cisco Systems.

This is my first company, and I must say, I'm very proud to have been given a chance to work with Cisco Systems.
