Pros

Great office. Good brand name. Good salary.

Cons

Zero job security. Hire and fire policy. No culture of training an employee. The culture is to hire an employee with the required skills from outside. Once the work is done and new skills are required, then fire him and hire a new employee with the new required skill set. They don't believe in training an existing employee to a new skill set.

Advice to Management

Have an HR policy for employee training.

Don't just use and throw employee policy.
