Very relaxed, flexible timings, and a casual dress code.
Some of the latest networking technologies are being developed here.
Huge company, so many incompetent people have crept in. Management doesn't care to get them out. It has lots of work to give them.
HR should try and keep the quality of the workforce high. Managers are soft during performance evaluations on incompetent people.
