All good things which you heard/read in other reviews.
Cisco used to pay a bonus to their employees who were part of Cisco until July/August. This year, despite doing great business, they did not pay a bonus to their ex-employees. So, be careful if Cisco claims this is an ethical practice.
Get transparency. Your ex-employees have also contributed to Cisco's growth. Bring professionalism when dealing with ex-employees.
