Superb work culture.
Helping people on the team; the manager to the tech lead, everyone is ready to help you out with the technical aspects.
Technology is very poor.
I was hired for automation but they put me in manual performance testing.
No hike if you are an average performer.
A 10% hike if you are the best performer.
In the beginning, learning will be good. Once you have completed 6-7 months, then learning will go down to absolute zero.
Cisco is not good for freshers to join, as what I did there was a big mistake.
Kindly keep on enhancing projects with the latest technology to increase the learning of team members, else people will keep on leaving Cisco after a duration of one year.
