In the beginning, learning will be good. Once you have completed 6-7 months, then learning will go down to absolute zero.
Cisco is not good for freshers to join, as what I did there was a big mistake.
Kindly keep on enhancing projects with the latest technology to increase the learning of team members, else people will keep on leaving Cisco after a duration of one year.
