There are a lot of internal hackathons always going on inside the office.
The workload is less, and you have a lot of exploration happening in different fields.
The package is a major setback.
Facilities like providing subsidized food and other similar options can be worked on.
Work on the package, though CISCO is a big name in the tech industry. It still lacks a lot on competing on packages.
