Low pay package. No free food. Management is a bit stiff. Underestimates the potential of freshers.
Democratic decision-making gives freshers greater opportunity to work independently.

The interview was average. Since the role was for a Python developer, the focus was on Python concepts like decorators, generators, OOP, and algorithms. There were a total of 6 rounds, including a managerial round, for the IDT team.
