Work-life balance is good. Good benefits.
Work-life balance and work depends on the team and manager. Recently mandated 2 days in office. Frequent restructuring in the org leads to project changes. Layoffs are frequent but in low numbers. Still don't know their criteria for layoffs.
Please don't overhire or do frequent restructures. This leads to demoralization in employees if their project is taken away due to structural changes. This also results in layoffs. Please be mindful before hiring.
