Good benefits, but culture/toxicity depends on the team and manager

- Good campus
- Hybrid work is quite flexible
- Much relaxed policies overall
- Culture depends a lot on the team and your reporting structure on top.
- Customer-facing departments have a lot of perks too, with some overtime (paid), but non-customer-facing roles can get boring.
- The culture overall has been going downhill in recent years, along with layoffs.
Look into the falling, toxic work culture.
