Flexible working options, a good work environment, and good pay.
Too much noise in emails and too many meetings to attend. There is no or minimum help for employees to succeed. There is no transparency in product delivery. It is not clear whether your product or work will be released or put in cold storage.
Consider employee aspirations and their overall growth. Help employees individually to succeed.
Managers need to plan projects with clear milestones, rather than over communicating. Communication through emails and meetings should be effective. Ethics should be practiced at every level and every day, not just one day of the year to accept the "Code of Business Conduct (COBC)".
