Relaxed workplace with very flexible work timings and an easygoing culture. Decent salary.
Very hierarchical, could do better in the innovation department. Sometimes, communication from top management is distorted. Some managers (not all) may not be open in giving proper feedback and help you get ahead in your career.
Should make more contact with the employees down the hierarchy.
Sometimes the relaxed environment for engineers does not work well in all teams and products.
Should encourage more innovation among engineers.
