Webex interview. I was given a problem to solve on my local machine. The problem was unexpected for me, and I needed to install some packages during the interview to solve it. The interviewer was helpful, though.

I went to a college career fair and talked to an engineer on-site for 30 minutes. Because of work the next day, I chose a Webex interview instead of an on-site interview with another senior manager at Cisco.
