Great salary and benefits, pleasant coworkers.
Bad infrastructure and management, stinginess, a cutthroat business attitude. Cisco does things you might not ideologically agree with.
Please put more effort into refactoring and structuring code.
Spend some time training your engineers and come up with usable guidelines.
Reduce unnecessary process. Do not have more than one tool for the same job unless absolutely necessary.
