Pros

Pioneers in telecommuting technologies, they've got the telecommuting culture down pat. This flexibility contributes to a good work-life balance.

Cons

The procedural processes from idea to tangible software are bogged down in rigid requirements that don't fit every situation. Collaboration between departments is stymied by the same rigid processes.

The telecommuting nature of the job was great in its flexibility but bad in that it was hard to foster good connections with colleagues.
