Middle management and above are only worried about protecting political turf.
Executive management seems to have lost focus, losing ground to competition in core products and wasting money on poor acquisitions (Scientific Atlanta, Flip, etc).
The push into consumer products is a dud (does anybody want a Umi?).
The worker bees end up bearing the brunt of each of these poor decisions, as cost-cutting has reached ridiculous levels of insanity.
Refocus on our core products, or we will lose the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Software Engineer
There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
