Great work/life balance, flexi-time, remote working. Competitive salary but slow to progress up the ladder
As mentioned, great flexi-time. Work from home. Salary is good, with a good bonus.
Plenty of red tape. Big company with a lot of in-house competition. The usual workplace politics. There is a lot of process involved in the development side. Complete micromanagement of tasks using the agile process. Hard to move up the ranks, with a lot of competition and not as many promotions available. Benefits have been cut this year. The bonus is not guaranteed. Managers need to listen to the tech leads/architects more.
People need to be held responsible for their commitments/actions.
Managers need to trust their architects/tech leads and their judgments.
