Cisco

It was a hackathon conducted on HackerRank, followed by an interview at the Cisco campus in Bangalore for those who cleared the online assessment. They also had a pre-placement talk regarding the work culture.

The interview included basic networking questions from a college course, which were not difficult. There were also programming questions. I was asked to describe each of the 7 layers in networking.

I saw the job posting. The HR guy contacted me a week later, although I had received an email stating I had been rejected.
