In my experience, there is a low-pressure behavioral interview followed by a straightforward technical assessment to complete at your earliest convenience. The interview experience was smooth, and I am grateful.

The phone call mainly focused on resume and some technical questions. I didn't hear back from them. I tried contacting the recruiter, but they ghosted, and the job was taken down a couple of days later.

It was an employee referral, so only a telephonic interview happened directly with the team manager. There were no other on-site interviews. It was a good experience overall. I received an offer through email from HR within two days.
