Work quality and opportunities are varying. It has been very good for me.
No. 1 company for networking. It has many teams where you can switch your role easily.
Bangalore Campus has excellent facilities, like a gym and outdoor/indoor sports.
Not ideal for freshers, as good opportunities are not given in the beginning.
Very frugal in budget. Pay hikes and bonuses are inconsistent.
The growth cycle is almost fixed and does not allow much exception for excellent performers.
Work can reduce drastically over some weeks as projects get cancelled frequently due to high-level management issues.
