Big company, easy to change jobs and even roles within the company.
It has a health center and a Walgreens, which is very convenient for us employees.
Really good health care benefits.
Very bureaucratic. It is hard to get anything done when it comes to internal processes (buying equipment, etc.).
The company is too large for me to even interact with the highest level of leadership at Cisco. However, for my business unit, they should have more constant communication.
