The atmosphere is really relaxed, and there is great work/life balance that one would not find working in the Bay Area.
You will also get to work with people extremely skilled in their field, whom you would not otherwise encounter.
The atmosphere is not really cultured towards ambitious growth, and the company seems to have slowed down a lot since its early days.
