Good products, bad managers
- Good, innovative products.
- Flexible work hours. Even if you work for five hours a day, there are no issues.
- Good transport facilities at an affordable cost.
- Ten percent of the people you meet are "REALLY BRILLIANT".
- Very bad mid-level managers. They just play politics and destroy people's careers.
- Very poor hikes given. You should be prepared to get no hike for 2 years.
- Your immediate manager is God for you. If they turn into a spoilsport, then you are doomed.
Please ensure that you promote capable techies into management layers. This will ensure that the engineers also do good, innovative work, rather than fill in Excel sheets and send emails.
