Really fun, pay could be higher comparatively, but WLB is really good
Flexibility, remote, and work-life balance. Depends on the team, of course, but the team I have is wonderful in terms of those three things. The tech stack is also not very dated anymore, as we just recently updated.
Platform management is messy in the backend, with an unnecessarily large amount of services for a smallish product. Pay can be a bit low.
