A good place to work, but it doesn't offer much to learn
Good work-life balance. No micromanagement. Workload is dependent on the team one is in.
It is too process-oriented. A lot of developers' precious time is wasted in mundane, process-related activities, and hence, it spurs no innovation and creativity among engineers.
Please try to make a developer's work more interesting and satisfying, giving them opportunities to learn and grow apart from mundane day-to-day activities.
