Very dissatisfied, horrible politics
The work environment is very good. Flexible work practices are also a plus.
These comments are about current CRBU (core routing), which is headed by managers who were previously in the optical BU.
Very heavy workload. You will be forced to work on weekends (will have to work from the office) without any travel arrangements provided by the company.
Untolerable politics. There will not be any recognition based on performance. They will make us work like donkeys, and in the end, will give feedback that the work is not satisfactory.
They will offer high CTCs when you join, but it will be constant for 3-4 years, and the work keeps on increasing day by day.
Most of the managers are technical guys who don't know how to manage people.
Guys, employees are not your slaves. Treat them properly.
