Full flexible timings, work from home, no dress code. Won't see work pressure often, as it's a product company. Good pay, variable pay will always be more than 100%. Awesome work culture. Very good company benefits, like the highest medical benefit in the industry. Will become lazy due to the work style and get addicted to the company.
Constantly laying off employees every year worldwide, but no problem for the employees who work well. Hikes and promotions mostly depend on our managers. Won't see much change in the work.
What's the point of layoffs even if the company is in profits and the share price increases?
