Good exposure and experience working so closely with customers' production environments
The product design and development was so clear, as I [senior developer] was literally involved with many stakeholders like program management, customer-facing engineers, and product test teams. Further, my duration of stay [4 years] helped me understand the ins and outs of the PowerKey Solution. Thus, I was able to handle all customer issues as well. I traveled to OCN Shanghai, China, and Den, Delhi on Cisco business trips.
Actually, the overall time you spend at Cisco Systems adds to your professional portfolio and increases your experience of how big multinationals work and deliver solutions to clients. Thus, sometimes, project management does not give clear roadmaps for the product.
