This branch is completely comprised of the former Scientific Atlanta, acquired by Cisco.
Good work-life balance. Subsidized transport facility. Excellent training on new technologies. Opportunity to switch teams/projects. Flexible timings. Good package.
Poor infrastructure compared to Cisco Bangalore:
Heavy politics.
Team-mates are extremely formal with less cooperation.
Micro-management.
No onsites.
Develop an open and free culture and avoid micromanagement.
