Good culture and co-workers, but annual layoffs are unnerving
Competitive salaries for higher ups. Free lunch at Fulton office. Work from home policy is very liberal. Work-life balance is amazing. No crunch time.
Underpaid entry-level positions.
Yearly layoffs.
Useless team meetings and talk of financial stuff that's irrelevant to us.
Less meetings, more creativity, less hard and fast "agile".
