Very good WLB and teams typically set you up to not fail. While pay is not top-tier tech, it is definitely decent, especially considering the generally low-pressure environment.
In my experience, a low-pressure environment and little to no roadmaps laid out for career growth make Cisco a poor place for high technical growth and movement towards seniority as an engineer.
