Pros

Work-life balance is amazing. Everything is networked. You can work from home.

Most managers don't care how long you work, as long as you get the work done. I reach the office by 11 am, and that is fine. Because I'm not a morning person, I absolutely love the flexible working hours.

The compensation and benefits are great. I was never expecting to be paid in six figures fresh out of college.

Cons

Seems a bit political.

Raises are rare, it seems. Not sure.

Advice to Management

How about more goodies like backpacks and tee shirts?

Those go a long way for new hires.
