Work-life balance is amazing. Everything is networked. You can work from home.
Most managers don't care how long you work, as long as you get the work done. I reach the office by 11 am, and that is fine. Because I'm not a morning person, I absolutely love the flexible working hours.
The compensation and benefits are great. I was never expecting to be paid in six figures fresh out of college.
Seems a bit political.
Raises are rare, it seems. Not sure.
How about more goodies like backpacks and tee shirts?
