Great benefits, can learn a lot, and typically most teams are filled with immense talent.
Slow moving and lack of vision, so skills never really pushed to grow. Do not recommend for a person who wants to move fast and be innovative.
Nearly my entire career here, and it has been great early on to learn fast, but sad realizing how slow innovations are. This is just a lack of trust in the business.
