Just the brand name attracts people. Cisco India has very inept senior managers who lack the managerial acumen for carrying forward a great organization.
Politics
Lack of fairness/transparency when it comes to rewards. Average compensation. Poor work-life balance.
Have good feedback mechanisms for senior managers to restrict misuse of authority.
Have a more rewarding and team-work-oriented culture. Looking for scapegoats for project failures serves no purpose.
