If you get in a good group, the chances of getting nice work are high. There is no disparity between US and India teams.
Great place to work if you don't have any professional ambition left. Just come and work, and get a salary below par.
Salaries are not at all at par.
HR and Management do not care about iteration.
Vision and focus are lost as most good people have left or stopped caring.
It is becoming more of a service company; innovation is losing slowly.
If you keep on taking in people and not pay them, the day is not far when it will be better to give everything to Wipro.
