Reasonable pay, great people to work with, opportunity to work on a huge scale, awesome networking and data center exposure, scope to take extra career development courses, lots of internal informational VODs.
Too much bureaucracy and politics. Not a fun place to work for fresh grads. Top-heavy, average perks, unreasonable/skewed performance evaluations, and routine layoffs.
