Interesting place to work with a relatively good corporate culture. Competitive salary, good benefits, and lots of smart people. This is a great place to start and grow your career.
Too many products with development spread around the globe, which makes communication between teams painful.
Executives pay lip service to empowering engineers and then force technical decisions down the chain. Some products that you work on get canceled because they were dreamed up by executives and marketing guys with unrealistic technical requirements and no customer input. Surprise, surprise, no one buys it and you just wasted 6 months on a project that was doomed to fail from the beginning.
