They hire talented people, pay them well, and give you great flexibility to set your schedule.
There is nobody in the office.
Everybody is "working" off-site, and since they are not really working, they are not available to help you or even respond to an email.
The mass layoffs are not done. Another set is looming.
Make people come into work. Hold them accountable for working with others, not just finishing their assignment.
