Most teams I know of had a relaxed work environment. The company is generally quite good when it comes to treating employees well.
Coming in as a new grad in 2020, I never felt I was properly trained or given a chance to grow into the roles I was placed in. My two teams were comprised of decent folks, and I don't think they meant any harm. However, they also seemed too busy or unwilling to help me understand certain aspects of my job. Instead, they opted to do things themselves, giving me very little to do and thus not much to learn. I ultimately decided to leave voluntarily since I want a place to grow more as a Software Engineer.
Overall, the experience was fine. I felt I was treated okay as an employee. My issues revolve around being an entry-level engineer and not feeling supported or trained. I either had no work to do, or I was given tasks with very little guidance. Neither of the said scenarios was comfortable for me, and I have heard similar experiences from other new grads who join the company. I hope this can be improved because I otherwise enjoy the company and the people working there.
