Not many that I can think of. I work in the Data Center Business Unit. I'm not sure about other business units.
Politics... politics... politics. If you are a good politician, you are in the right place. It is a very slow place for growth, with too many managers for a few software engineers.
It's the engineers who do the work. Attention to benefits and proper compensation is needed.
