Good Base Salary, but no perks
The base salaries are good. The work is dynamic, and if an employee doesn't like his/her current project, managers do help in getting them the right work.
There are some excellent development opportunities given to new graduates.
Work-life balance is good. The new office setting looks amazing.
- No stock options.
- The environment is a little dull; there's less interaction between employees.
- Less energetic.
Could fund some events to bring the employees closer, so that work can be more fun.
