Excellent salary package, great work culture, great technology, flexible timings. I don't have much idea about the stock options, but the stock is pretty flat now, so I don't know whether people are buying it.
Technology is great. My managers are all technically competent and have decent people skills, if not great. They are very receptive to my problems and make sure I get to my solution.
I don't know how great my chances are for a promotion in my career. I'm just a newbie here, and from what I've heard, it takes an average of 3-4 years to get promoted and receive a pay raise. Some of the business units aren't doing that great, but at least mine is.
