A great place to start a career.
Joining out of college via their "Choice" program is fantastic. If you are hired, you spend your first 3 weeks learning about the company and the different products Cisco is developing. Then you decide which product and which manager you want to work for. In my experience, they placed almost everyone with their first choice.
The pay and bonus seem to be slightly below market value. The best developers tend to leave for other companies.
