Lots of good and supportive people.
No work-life balance. Most managers expect you to work on weekends. Not being recognized if you don't show off. Low salary in comparison with other companies in Ottawa. Hard to get promoted with hard work, but showing off works totally fine. Most managers don't think and care about their employees and only think about their own growth.
Take care of your hard-working and loyal employees.
