A Great Employer
Cisco takes care of its employees; this is the most important requirement for me as an employee. I hope this point helps someone who is considering the company.
Too much bureaucracy.
Too many silos and small companies within the company.
First-level management will not help direct reports' careers. First-level management does not do a great job managing teams.
There are too many employees and not enough work; Cisco needs to get rid of the slackers.
First-level managers need to be more proactive; they're a little too hands-off.
