I received an online screening assessment about six months before the interview in the spring. The OA consisted of two to three medium/easy questions. I then had one panel interview where I was asked general back-end questions.

First, one interviewer (out of two) told me about the company in general and about his team. Then, I told them about myself, my past experience, and my schooling. Finally, they gave me a challenge and guided me through it.

The interview was very easy. A simple online assessment was followed by a one-hour chat with the hiring manager. The hiring manager did not ask any LeetCode questions, only questions about Python and my experience with it.
