First, one interviewer (out of two) told me about the company in general and about his team. Then, I told them about myself, my past experience, and my schooling. Finally, they gave me a challenge and guided me through it.

I applied online in August. I had one coding interview, which also doubled as a phone screen. I received the offer over a phone call about two weeks later.

I received an online screening assessment about six months before the interview in the spring. The OA consisted of two to three medium/easy questions. I then had one panel interview where I was asked general back-end questions.
