First internship, a great experience
Full-time employees were very kind and welcoming. I got many chances to speak with people in higher positions (directors, managers in different departments, CEO, etc.). When I needed help, I could approach people easily, and they would guide me or introduce me to someone who could help me.
I feel like they are slightly unprepared for interns, at least for the department I worked at.
It took a day to figure out where I will go and what team I will work with. It took another day to figure out what project I will be working on.
